A Little Surprise: Prequel to Eye for Eye

As many of you know, we had an incredible night launching Eye for Eye in the UK with a theatrical performance in Covent Garden just about a month ago. The play was entitled The Trial of Joe Harlan, and was literally a trial, in a courtroom.

The trial (and the verdict) is a critical event that happens before the events in Eye for Eye and sets the stage for everything that is to come in the Talion Series.

It’s a prequel of sorts.

The performance was exceptionally entertaining as we made it interactive, pulling twelve good people from the audience to serve as the jury. The jury rendered a verdict that night based on the evidence that was presented.

Feedback from the performance was overwhelmingly positive. So much so, that we began to ask ourselves whether there was some way to share that experience with a broader audience.

We’ve come up with two ways to do that.

First, we will be launching a prequel novella later this month entitled The Trial of Joe Harlan. It captures what the audience saw at the launch event, and adds some exciting tidbits of backstory. It will be available on Amazon and in all good bookstores.

Second, we will be offering you all an interactive experience. It’s something we don’t believe has ever been done before in connection with a book launch. We’ll be sharing details about it as its launch date approaches.

Until then, if you haven’t already, buy Eye for Eye.

We’ve gotten a ton of great reviews, and are building up to our June 22 Launch in the USA and the rest of the world.
